Iceland has completed a prelet agreement for 8,000 sq ft at Ediston Property Investment Company’s Clwyd Retail Park in Rhyl, Wales.
The retailer has agreed to lease the unit, which is scheduled for completion in May 2018, on a 10-year lease at an annual rent of £128,000, with a 12-month rent-free period built into the transaction.
