Enterprise Land teams up with Capital Assured in PBSA push

Enterprise Land, a UK and European real estate investment company, has formed a strategic partnership with student accommodation specialist Capital Assured. The relationship will allow Enterprise Land to broaden its relationships with investors in Middle Eastern and Asian markets. Capital Assured, which is headquartered in Dubai, specialises in sourcing large-scale student accommodation opportunities and aids its partners in “unlocking value through planning, repositioning and development”. Enterprise Land was launched in September by Andrew Thornton, the former Principal Real Estate Europe head. With offices in London and Zurich, Enterprise Land will initially focus on investment and development in the student accommodation, data centre and logistics sectors. Thornton said: “Our purpose is to build ecosystems that provide superior investment solutions to our clients. Capital Assured has established an exceptional network of potential development partners across Europe. It has used its background in technology to create AI-driven models that identify potential development sites often overlooked by the market.” Nicholas Turner, chief executive of Capital Assured, said “Andrew and I have worked closely together over the past three years and are excited to formalise our activities. Enterprise Land’s expertise in understanding the needs of investors and delivering pan-European strategies enhances our ability to deliver new projects and expand our relationships”.
