Endurance Land gets green light for King’s Cross redevelopment
Endurance Land has won planning permission to redevelop its King’s Cross estate.
The Regent Quarter redevelopment will beef up the food & beverage and leisure offer, alongside new offices and public realm improvements.
When complete, Times House, Laundry Building and Jahn Court (pictured) will add 141,633 sq ft of office space and 11,724 sq ft of retail and leisure space.

The Regent Quarter redevelopment will beef up the food & beverage and leisure offer, alongside new offices and public realm improvements.
When complete, Times House, Laundry Building and Jahn Court (pictured) will add 141,633 sq ft of office space and 11,724 sq ft of retail and leisure space.
The estate is currently arranged in two blocks with approximately 260,730 sq ft of mixed-use real estate, across 12 office buildings and 20 retail and leisure units.
Chief executive and co-founder Jonathan Fletcher, said: “The scheme is a carefully considered design that embraces the buildings’ heritage, while creating a destination that is fit for purpose for future workers and visitors, and delivers genuine community benefits to the surrounding area.”
The revamped buildings will achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating, with embodied carbon kept to a low level of 353kg CO2e/m2, as well as an all-electric services solution.
Endurance Land was founded in 2006. In 2018, it formed a strategic partnership with Hong Kong-based Nan Fung Group. The company deploys capital from its management team and Nan Fung Group.
Endurance is currently advising, developing and refurbishing assets with an asset portfolio value in excess of £1bn.
