Ellandi takes on intu Milton Keynes
Ellandi has been appointed as the new asset manager for intu Milton Keynes, promising the site will meet the “changing needs” of shoppers.
The company takes over management of the site from intu properties plc, which went into administration under KPMG in June.
The centre will be rebranded after an interim period. Ellandi has appointed Savills to acts as managing agent, overseeing the day-to-day running of the shopping centre.

The centre will be rebranded after an interim period. Ellandi has appointed Savills to acts as managing agent, overseeing the day-to-day running of the shopping centre.
Morgan Garfield, partner and co-founder of Ellandi, said: “For two decades, the centre has been an incredibly important focal point for the city’s people and its economy. We’re thrilled at the opportunity to continue its legacy and are committed to improving the existing offer with new operators and complementary uses. The centre will continue to support local shoppers and the wider community.”
The centre is the third intu asset to gain new management in recent weeks, following Ellandi’s appointment to run the Merry Hill centre in Birmingham, with Savills as managing agent, and Cale Street taking control of intu Derby, again with Savills managing the site.
