Together, they dissect the key findings in respect of the percentage of LGBTQ+ respondents who are out at work, and a growing number who say they would recommend the industry as a good place to work to the LGBTQ+ community.
In addition, they look at factors that still prevent some LGBTQ+ professionals from being out, the particular challenges faced in the transactions and capital markets sector, and what businesses and colleagues should be doing to make their workplaces more inclusive.
