Devas Club brings kids’ art to Fruition Fruition Properties has teamed up with Global Street Art to support young artists from youth charity Devas Club and show off their work. The firm provided a side of hoarding at its development site on Stormont Road, SW11, which borders the Devas Club, as a canvas for a creative art workshop. The south London centre works to engage and educate local kids. Auberi Chen, Head of Operations at Global Street Art commented: “ Our mission is to live in painted cities and part of that is to inspire a new generation of artists. It is great to see developers building links with the local community through art. We very much look forward to working together in the future.” North east agents head up cancer awareness North East industrial agents GVA, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank and HTA have completed a 100-mile cycle from Annan on Scotland’s west coast to Tynemouth on the east. RL swims for Aspire A team from Residential Land have raised nearly £7,000 for spinal injury charity Aspire. The team completed a three-mile swim of the Solent. Brooke-Turner takes para-cycling gold Savills’ Alex Brooke-Turner took gold at the 2017 British Cycling National Para-cycling National TT Championship in Saighton, Chester.  He pedalled to first place victory in the 24km handcycle time trial and came third in the 35 km road race against Rio Paralympian Joe Townsend.
