EcoWorld London makes string of senior hires
EcoWorld London has made three senior hires across its development and sustainability teams.
The developer has hired Lisa Gledhill (pictured, above centre) as managing director of its development team. She is joined by Katie Savin-Taylor (pictured, above left), who has also joined the development team as development director.
Gledhill has previously held senior roles at Ark, Jixu, Castleoak and Lendlease.

Gledhill has previously held senior roles at Ark, Jixu, Castleoak and Lendlease.
Savin-Taylor joins Barratt Development, where she was a senior development manager. She has previously held roles at DP9 and Indigo Planning.
In her role at EcoWorld, Savin-Taylor will work with Gledhill to oversee EcoWorld London’s existing portfolio. This includes the developer’s partnership with Poplar HARCA on the 20-year-long transformation of Aberfeldy Village, E14, and its £600m development at Kew Bridge, south-west London.
They will also work closely with Matt Townend, EcoWorld’s chief operating officer, on the company’s future pipeline.
In addition, Taryn Swales (pictured, above right) has been hired to lead the sustainability team. She joins the her role as principal at Integer, before which she was head of corporate development at the Oval Partnership, development manager at Limitless, and in the urban design and project management team at Lendlease.
Swales will help EcoWorld London as it continues to develop its social sustainability strategies, which have included launching an incubator for small businesses at Aberfeldy and a pre-employment training scheme at its Kew Bridge development.
She will lead the business in its push to be net zero carbon in business operations by 2025.
