ECF signs deal to regenerate Wolverhampton

The English Cities Fund has signed a deal with City of Wolverhampton Council to bring forward sites across the city for regeneration.

The joint venture between Muse, Legal & General and Homes England has signed a memorandum of understanding with the city council. It will review potential development sites to deliver new homes, shops, restaurants, offices and public spaces.

Areas identified as having regeneration potential will then be brought forward and delivered by the partnership under future agreements.
