Earls Court Development Company hires community engagement lead
The Earls Court Development Company has recruited Rebekah Paczek as director of public affairs and community engagement.
Paczek will lead stakeholder engagement for the 40-acre west London redevelopment.
Her appointment follows Rob Heasman joining as chief executive and the instruction of architects Hawkins\Brown and Studio Egret West to begin masterplanning last year.

Paczek previously founded communications agency Snapdragon Consulting, which specialised in property and planning communications. She sold the business to PLMR in 2017.
Heasman said: “Rebekah brings with her a vast experience of community engagement and public consultation, and huge amounts of enthusiasm. I was particularly impressed by her drive and commitment and know that her character will perfectly suit our growing Earls Court-based team.”
