Ealing flats expected to be top lot at Allsop January resi auction
Allsop has released a catalogue of 193 lots for its first residential auction of the year, a 30% increase on January 2024.
The largest lot is a freehold detached building divided into five flats in Ealing, W13, guided at over £2.6m, reflecting a 4.79% yield. The flats, which are fully let, produce a total of £124,500 pa.
The livestream auction will take place on 28 January, featuring a mix of residential and mixed-use investments and development opportunities around the UK, including houses and flats, vacant sites and garages.

Richard Adamson, managing partner and residential auctioneer at Allsop, said: “Though last year showed some slow but improving sentiment and market conditions, many were pleased to welcome 2025 in the hope that it would bring more favourable conditions for the real estate sector.
“Nevertheless, in 2024 we saw plenty of buyers willing to invest, and with interest rates predicted to come down and stamp duty reform imminent, we are anticipating a busy 2025 ahead.”

A freehold city-centre building in Gloucester with possible redevelopment/conversion potential, extending to approximately 67,350 sq ft, guided at offers over £1.3m.
A freehold gated development in Surrey comprised of two houses, with both properties providing two-bedroom accommodation, subject to assured shorthold tenancies, and total current rent reserved at £80,400 pa, guided at offers over £1.1m.
