DWS forward funds 715,000 sq ft Midlands warehouse
DWS has agreed to buy and forward fund a 715,000 sq ft distribution warehouse to be developed in Corby, Northamptonshire.
The site will be developed on behalf of one of its European institutional real estate funds.
It was acquired from Corby Land and Development, a joint venture between Mulberry Developments and Frogmore, which will also develop the facility.

Construction is expected to complete in 2020.
The warehouse is prelet to Europa Worldwide Group, one of the largest privately owned transport and logistics companies in the United Kingdom.
Located in the Midlands Logistics Park estate, it is situated 85 miles north of the capital in Corby.
