DWS, the asset management arm of Deutsche Bank, is understood to be in talks to acquire Ballymore’s office scheme, One Embassy Gardens, in Nine Elms, SW8.
Spelthorne Council was previously reported to be in talks to acquire the site.
Ballymore put the 156,000 sq ft scheme on the market with JLL and Savills for £160m in October last year.
Penguin Random House agreed in April last year to prelet 83,400 sq ft at the scheme.
