DWS and Societe Generale ink €205m Paris office refi
DWS and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking have completed a €205m (£185m) refinancing of Northwood Investors’ Défense Plaza in Paris.
The facility comprises a €175m senior loan and a €30m mezzanine loan fully syndicated to a debt fund managed by DWS.
The 14-storey building spans 335,000 sq ft in the La Défense submarket of Paris.

DWS’s European real estate debt business currently manages €1.9bn in AUM as of March 2020.
In 2019, the business completed a mezzanine loan to finance the development of the T1 Tower in Frankfurt, Germany, part of the FOUR Frankfurt development, as well as multiple senior and junior investments across residential and commercial assets in Europe.
