Savills has brought to market a development site in Dublin with planning permission for 419 flats, one house and seven commercial units at a guide price in excess of €32m (£329m).
The site, in Cabra near the Dublin Institute of Technology, has planning permission for 93 one-bedroom, 260 two-bedroom and 66 three-bedroom flats.
It also provides four retail, café and restaurant units; an office; a community centre; a crèche; and 402 car parking spaces.
