DTZ Investors to join C&W at former Stock Exchange Tower

DTZ Investors is to relocate to 11,000 sq ft in Cushman & Wakefield’s City office at the former Stock Exchange Tower, 125 Old Broad Street, EC2, in January.

The firm currently occupies 7,890 sq ft at 85 King William Street, EC4.

According to Radius Data Exchange, C&W has 48,320 sq ft across the basement, first, second and third floors at the former Stock Exchange Tower.

The building is has been owned by Singapore’s City Developments since October 2018. It acquired the 329,000 sq ft office block from Blackstone for £385m.

DTZ Investors chief executive Chris Cooper said: “We are committing to significantly more space, not only because we see growth opportunities but also to make sure we provide sufficient amenity for our teams to facilitate effective collaboration and to promote wellbeing. Whilst our teams have adapted very quickly to the challenges of mass working from home, there is no substitute for face-to-face interaction for innovating and managing risk.”
