Drinks wholesaler signs for Tritax’s Symmetry Park
LWC Drinks is moving in to the final building at Symmetry Park in Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire.
The drinks wholesaler has signed a 15-year lease on 116,000 sq ft facility in a move to expand its South East operations, delivering goods between London and the surrounding areas. LWC hopes to open the new base in October this year.
The development forms part of three new warehouses which were speculatively developed on site by Tritax Symmetry and built by Readie Construction.

The other buildings were pre-let to Pangaea Laboratories, measuring 92,850 sq ft, and Rexel UK, at 184,000 sq ft, both on 15-year leases.
Tritax Symmetry development surveyor Charlie Mackaness said: “Over a five-year period, we have successfully constructed and let over 645,000 sq ft of floor space at Aston Clinton and led the way in establishing the areas as a key South East distribution location.
“The investment Tritax Symmetry has made into the local area has provided jobs, employment and income for the local authority and our business remains focussed to continue delivering logistics parks across the country.”
Tritax Symmetry’s letting agents were Savills and Brasier Freeth. LWC Drinks was represented by Clews & Co.
