The properties function under franchise agreements with Hilton and Marriott.
With UK hotel transactions reaching £5.75bn last year, Dominus has assembled a leadership team to drive portfolio growth and increase revenue.
The hospitality team will be overseen by principal director Preet Ahluwalia led by Matt Williams, director of hotels.
The leadership team includes Jacquelane Airnes as commercial director, Marc Saunders as marketing director, Maria Forsberg as senior director of revenue, Akshay Kukreja as director of revenue, Michael Davies as head of finance, Vincent Chan as group finance manager, and Krisztina Nemeth as director of human resources.
Martin Quinn, strategic adviser and director, will provide guidance on the company’s growing hotel portfolio, investment strategy and partnerships with third-party capital investors.
Dominus’ operational hotel portfolio includes The Dixon, part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection in Tower Bridge, SE1; Lost Property, a Curio Collection by Hilton in St Paul’s, EC4; a Courtyard by Marriott in Oxford; and two Hampton by Hilton hotels in Bath and London City.
It also has four hotels in development across London, adding more than 1,200 rooms to its portfolio. This includes the conversion of a former bank office into a 237-room Curio Collection by Hilton on Great Tower Street, EC3.
Preet Ahluwalia, principal director at Dominus, said: “The launch of Dominus Hospitality will enable us to build on our success as we look to grow our annual recurring revenue and add to our portfolio of hotels.
“Our new team members will play a key role in driving the success of our hotels and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. We remain convinced by the strong fundamentals of the sector – with international tourist numbers forecast to recover to pre-Covid levels – and are actively looking to acquire more sites in prime locations.”
