DFS takes Dublin airport space

Furniture retailer DFS has taken space at Green REIT’s Horizon Logistics Park at Dublin airport. The unit comprises 33,000 sq ft and is due for completion by the end of April. DFS will pay €300,000 (£263,000) pa on a 15-year lease term and a 10-year break. Horizon Logistics Park provides short-, medium- and long-term options to Green REIT for further development. Following the acquisition of a further 164 acres in December 2016, the company’s holding comprises 264 acres of land at the intersection of Dublin Airport and the M50 motorway, with access to Dublin Port facilitated through the nearby Dublin Port Tunnel.
