Derwent appoints leasing boss to executive committee
Derwent London has added head of leasing Philippa Davies to its executive committee.
Davies first joined the group on secondment from Cushman & Wakefield in 2012, before joining permanently as a leasing manager. She was promoted to head of leasing in April last year.
Davies has played a major role in managing leasing transactions across the portfolio, including White Collar Factory, EC1, the Featherstone Building, EC1, and the preletting of 80 Charlotte Street, W1, to Arup and Boston Consulting Group.

Her focus also includes the group’s development pipeline, as it seeks to evolve a design-led, sustainable offer in line with changing occupier demands.
Including Davies, there are eight people on the executive committee.
