Derby Council selects agent for city regen
Derby City Council has appointed Avison Young to advise on major council-led regeneration around the city.
The two-year contract will support the city’s Cultural Heart projects, including Market Place, Assembly Rooms, Museum of Making and the Market Hall and performance venue at Becketwell.
Avison Young will support the regeneration and property plans with specialists from the agency, land and development, planning, valuation, building and property management teams.

Avison Young will support the regeneration and property plans with specialists from the agency, land and development, planning, valuation, building and property management teams.
This includes working on the existing portfolio, as well as identifying new opportunities.
