Derbion expands fashion offering with two new retailers
Derbion shopping centre has signed fashion brands Seasalt and Luke 1977 to open their first stores in Derby later this year.
Seasalt has signed for a 2,400 sq ft store on a 10-year lease, while Luke 1977 has taken a 1,200 sq ft space, marking its 15th UK store.
These deals follow Victoria’s Secret signing for 5,712 sq ft at the centre on a 10-year lease.

Spanning 1.1m sq ft, the centre houses 200 tenants, including six anchor retailers such as Next, M&S and Sainsbury’s.
Cale Street Investments acquired a 50% stake in Derbion in 2019 from Intu. It bought the remaining 50% stake in 2020 following Intu’s administration.

Derbion’s retained leasing agents are CBRE and FHP.
