Deloitte taps GCW for advice on Oasis and Warehouse stores

Oasis and Warehouse’s administrator Deloitte has drafted in agency GCW for advice on some of the fashion retailers’ 92 stores. Deloitte said it is “seeking advice on the potential value of leasehold properties” in line with its statutory duties. GCW is understood to be formally working with Deloitte on four stores in London, with scope for its remit to be extended to other stores within the portfolio. The group behind both retailers, which also includes The Idle Man and Bastyan Fashions brands, fell into administration last week. The retailers’ combined leasehold portfolio covers around 240,000 sq ft excluding concessions, according to Radius Data Exchange.
