Purplebricks has had to delay the appointment of its new chief executive, as she has not yet been signed off by the regulator.
The online estate agent announced almost a month ago that Helena Marston, its COO, would be taking over from Vic Darvey, who left abruptly owing to “personal reasons”.
However, it has now said that due diligence checks required by AIM, which are usually conducted relatively quickly, had not been completed.
