Davis returns to Daniel Watney

Independent property consultancy Daniel Watney has appointed James Davis as partner to head its building consultancy team. Davis joins from Kenningtons, where he re-established the firm’s building-surveying department. However, he began his career at Daniel Watney more than 20 years ago. As well as expanding the existing team and winning new business, Davis will work with the company’s partners to support other functions of the business, including planning, development, professional services and commercial agency Davis began his career at Daniel Watney as a graduate surveyor. He has since worked at a variety of practices across London and the South East, including a period running his own building consultancy service. annabel.dixon@estatesgazette.com
