MIPIM 2017: Cushman & Wakefield’s head of UK & Ireland Colin Wilson has said international investors at MIPIM 2017 are continuing to see the UK as an attractive place to invest.
“Fundamentally the UK still looks attractive,” he said. “There has been a feeling about pricing levels maybe moving to a level which is a little bit uncomfortable, but still the relative safety of the UK property market, particularly higher-priced areas like London, seems to be holding its appeal for a lot of those investors.”
