Cushman & Wakefield is to treble its paternity package from 1 January 2020 from two to six weeks, as part of the firm’s pledge to enhance work-life balance and support modern working families.

The new package, called 3+3, will allow fathers to take three weeks of fully paid leave on the birth of a child, with the option to take a further three weeks of paid leave anytime in the following 18 months.

The package will be available to all types of parents, including those adopting, having a child through surrogacy, and same sex parents.
