Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Megan Such as head of sustainability for the UK.
Such will take over from Tony Comber as he moves to become UK head of building engineering services and sustainability lead.
Comber said: “Embedding sustainability into client strategy is more essential than ever to meet growing investor pressure, consumer demand, and the latest regulatory requirements. Megan is a strong team leader and talented sustainability adviser, and her new expanded role will allow her to have an even greater impact on clients and colleagues at Cushman & Wakefield.”
Based at the firm’s Yorkshire and North East regional hub in Leeds, Such will have a national remit as she takes responsibility for the integration of sustainability into all levels of owner, occupier and investor activity.
The team advises clients on strategies, compliance, managing climate risks, improving operational performance and reporting.
