Croydon office scheme given go-ahead

Croydon developer Freshwater has been given the thumbs up for a 175,000 sq ft office scheme opposite East Croydon station. The 11-storey building on 96-98 George Street, designed by Orms, will include a café and retail space on the ground floor, while landscaping will improve the College Square area and provide public realm.
