Crown Estate enlists agents for London portfolio
The Crown Estate has appointed KLM, Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers to advise on leasing across its London portfolio.
The trio will support the Crown’s newly formed customer partnership team, which aims to create a more “unified” area across Regent Street, W1, and St James’s, SW1.
It is understood they were selected after 10 firms were invited to bid for the mandate.

Leanne Catterall, customer partnership director for London and regional at the Crown Estate, said: “To ensure we stay relevant in this exciting, evolving retail market we need to be engaging with compelling brands from the outset, thinking about the personality of our spaces, the neighbouring uses and the whole feel of the destination.

“This new appointment of agencies will work closely with us to support in achieving all these things, along with creating a more unified destination across Regent Street and St James’s, bringing an array of different expertise and a wider reach to a more diverse range of brands and experiences.”
