Crest Nicholson and Aviva Investors have secured detailed planning consent for 150,000 sq ft of offices at Longcross Park in Chertsey, Surrey.
Two buildings of 100,000 sq ft and 50,000 sq ft are planned as the first phase of the broader 850,000 sq ft development.
The enterprise zone is part of the 300 acre Longcross Garden Village that will ultimately include 1,700 homes.
