APPS has appointed Knight Frank to sell the properties.
Rupert Strutt, an associate in the student property team at Knight Frank, said: “The APPS Living portfolio presents outstanding value, within one of the largest student markets in the UK.
“This is a unique opportunity for investors to acquire a substantial quantum of beds in central Coventry.”
Jeffy Li, director at APPS Living, added: “The accommodation has been very popular among domestic and overseas students throughout the years.”
According to recent research released by Knight Frank, the PBSA sector in the UK is forecast to achieve a total value of more than £72 billion by the end of 2022.
