The first phase of Countryside’s £124m plans to regenerate Bracknell town centre have been green-lit.
The Bracknell Forest Cambium Partnership, a jv between the developer and Bracknell Forest Council, has secured planning permission for its vision to develop the Coopers Hill site on the edge of Bracknell town centre.
The site is the first to be developed by the jv and will provide 52 new homes, with 15% available at affordable rent and 10% shared ownership. Work is expected to begin later this year, with the first completions due in 2023.
