Council agrees £40m sale-and-leaseback for housebuilder HQ
Weston Group has agreed a £40m sale and leaseback of its headquarters with Uttlesford District Council.
The housebuilder has dubbed the 49,000 sq ft Weston Innovation Centre in London’s Stanstead “the most luxurious housebuilder HQ in Britain”.
The office building includes a brasserie restaurant, coffee bar, lounges and health club, with automatic entry barriers and lifts.

The glass-fronted building incorporates a hotel-style entrance designed by Weston’s architects, with a bar and lounge, multi-storey atrium and designer staircase and gym.
