Cooley signs for space at 22 Bishopsgate
AXA Investment Managers Real Assets has secured law firm Cooley as a new tenant at 22 Bishopsgate.
Cooley has agreed to a 75,000 sq ft pre-let, on a 17-year lease. It emerged that it was in discussions to take space at the tower in December.
The California-based law firm is expected to move its circa 200-strong London team to 22 Bishopsgate in 2020, where it has taken the 22nd, 23rd and 24th floors of the 62-storey building.

The California-based law firm is expected to move its circa 200-strong London team to 22 Bishopsgate in 2020, where it has taken the 22nd, 23rd and 24th floors of the 62-storey building.
The law firm is the fifth occupier to have committed to 22 Bishopsgate, with 25% so far pre-let to Hiscox, Beazley, AXA Investment Managers, and Reinsurance Group of America.
The tower will include more than 100,000 sq ft of amenities and common facilities including: a 20,000 sq ft food hub; an “innovation hub”; a gym with London’s first ‘sky-wall’ climbing window; a wellbeing retreat; a business club; and cycle storage and repair facilities.
It will also host the city’s highest free public viewing gallery.

CBRE and JLL acted for 22 Bishopsgate while Knight Frank (UK) and Newmark Knight Frank (US) advised Cooley.
