Condé Nast styles London expansion
Condé Nast International has launched a requirement for a new London office to accommodate its expanding digital business.
The publishing giant has instructed Knight Frank to find a 25,000 sq ft workspace for its growing tech team.
The move will see the publisher leave 25 Maddox Street, W1, where the company currently occupies around 12,000 sq ft.

The publishing giant has instructed Knight Frank to find a 25,000 sq ft workspace for its growing tech team.

Condé Nast has no plans to leave Vogue House in Hanover Square, W1, the home of British Vogue.
The instruction fits with the digital growth strategy of the traditional magazine publisher, which in January announced Wolfgang Blau, currently Condé Nast International’s chief digital officer, will take over as president in August.
Figures released this month revealed it has seen a fall in circulation of its titles by 8.9% year on year, according to Campaign Live.
However, Nicholas Coleridge, the outgoing managing director of Condé Nast Britain, said the luxury print sector is “holding pleasingly steady” while the company’s digital audience was “growing exponentially.”
