Colloco has claimed top position in the Sheffield office disposals league table in what was a steely market, with an upswing in transacted space.
For much of the 12 months to the end of July the city centre stood eerily quiet, but the overall disposed space was up by more than 12% on the equivalent period last year. However, with just eight of the 51 deals signed off post-lockdown, this is more down to a surging start to the period and a flat set of results last year than it is evidence that Sheffield is somehow Covid-proof.
Nevertheless, the performance of Colloco is genuinely eye-catching. Formed in 2017 when former Knight Frank and Fernie Greaves agent Tim Bottrill decided to go it alone, Colloco, along with Commercial Property Partners and Knight Frank, are firmly established as the big three Sheffield office agents and are the only companies ever to have topped the league table in the city.
