Colliers trio launch new City Fringe independent agency Compton
Three former Colliers agents have launched a new office advisory firm called Compton, focusing on the London City Fringe district.
Founders Shaun Simons, Michael Raibin and Elliott Stern have brought across Colliers’ entire 10-person team focusing on the area, which last year was responsible for 41% of the deals done in the submarket.
The move comes five years after the three area specialists sold their previous independent agency, Hatton Real Estate, to Colliers.

Shaun Simons said: “When we established the Hatton brand back in 2010, we aimed to adopt alternative marketing strategies harnessing the power of social media platforms and new-school digital marketing techniques that have since become widely accepted and mainstream within the property industry.
“Over a decade later, Compton plans on making an even bigger impact, with a core focus on its marketing capabilities, which will create significant reach and greater exposure for our clients’ buildings.”
