Colliers has agreed to buy a majority stake in UK building and project consultancy Paragon.
The deal will see Paragon’s 150-strong workforce working alongside 63 members of the Colliers team. Colliers UK and Ireland chief executive Tony Horrell said the transaction marked a “significant opportunity to grow our capabilities in this core discipline across the UK and further afield in Europe”.
Pargon was established in 2009 by 10 founding partners, and today works across project management, project monitoring, cost management, building surveying and due diligence services.
