Colliers recruits from BNP Paribas to lead London capital markets
Colliers International has hired Simon Glenn from BNP Paribas Real Estate as its head of London capital markets.
The agency has restructured its London offices team to focus on the West End and the City, with Glenn, previously BNP Paribas’ head of London markets, tasked with working closely with Andrew Thomas, head of international capital markets.
The restructuring has also seen departures from the division, with a trio of London-focused directors moving to Avison Young.

Glenn was a partner at Strutt & Parker before its tie-up with BNP Paribas Real Estate, and has worked in the London capital markets for the past 25 years.
Etienne Prongué, UK chief executive at BNP Paribas Real Estate, said Glenn “has played an instrumental role in building our business in London”, describing him as “a great colleague and friend”.
