Kennedy, who has joined the agent as regional flexible workspace manager, was head of flexible workspace at niche firm OBI.
Before this, he was part of the business development team at recruitment and design consultancy Morson Group.
He will be based in Manchester, and will advise operators and occupiers in Greater Manchester, Liverpool and elsewhere in the North West of England.
Kennedy said that while the initial focus will be on Greater Manchester, the longer-term strategy is to develop a dedicated flexible workspace team to also cover other major cities including Leeds, Birmingham and Bristol.
He said: “The relentless pace of the co-working sector across Greater Manchester, the North West and elsewhere shows no signs of slowing.
“Operators are constantly seeking additional space, while more and more employers are understanding the benefits of flexible workspaces as the working environment continues to evolve.”
