Colliers International hires London retail director
Colliers International has recruited Rob Hargreaves as director in its retail division in London.
He will be responsible for developing the firm’s retail London tenant representation business.
Hargreaves joins from BNP Paribas, where he was a director in the central London retail team for nearly four years. Previously, he worked at Savills for more than eight years.

Paul Souber, head of London retail at Colliers International, said: “At a time when the retail landscape is undergoing significant change, innovation and customer focus is key for retailers, so it’s important for us to invest in top-tier talent and to further strengthen our occupier offer.
“Rob is joining to expand our already well-established international client portfolio, forging strong relationships with global retailers, bringing them to the capital. He will also be responsible for capturing our ‘prime streets’ leasing mandates.”
Colliers International has made a spate of new hires over the past few weeks. Earlier this month, the property agent recruited a team of seven from Jersey-based Asset Leverage Consultants to create an in-house debt advisory unit.
