Colliers International hires BNP PRE logistics analyst
Colliers International has recruited Andrea Ferranti as head of industrial and logistics research, a newly created role for the firm.
Ferranti joins Colliers following a five-year tenure at BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he was a senior research analyst within the industrial and logistics team.
In his role, he will be responsible for expanding the scope of the division’s current research remit.

Last week, Colliers International unveiled a report predicting that industrial and logistics is set to remain the top-performing commercial property sector in the UK. In the report, the firm suggested that total returns from the sector across the UK are expected to narrow to 6.5% in 2019, on the back of limited and “selective” further yield compression. This compares with total returns in the “high- and mid-teens” range in both 2017 and 2018.
