Colliers has also hired Chris Nash, a partner at Azimuth Global Partners, as a director. Nash focused on Asian inbound investment at Azimuth, where he worked for six years. He was also responsible for sourcing assets for mandates including sovereign wealth funds, global pension funds and Islamic institutions.
The pair are the latest director hires for the firm’s capital markets team in recent months. These include Warren Leader, who joined the division last month from Stone Real Estate, where he was a development director, and Nick Haverly, who left his own local authority-focused consultancy in June.
John Knowles, head of national capital markets at Colliers, said: “With the hires of Amy, Nick, Warren and Chris, we are continuing to build on our team of experts to create an offering that can add value for clients across the full spectrum of real estate.
“As investor behaviours change, our clients are increasingly looking for in-depth sector excellence, as well as advice on financing, funding and development opportunities. By expanding our team we are able to respond to this ever growing demand and offer comprehensive solutions.”
