Colliers’ head of UK resi departs
Colliers International’s head of UK residential Ashley Osborne has left the agency after 15 years.
He has been succeeded by former head of land and development Andrew White.
Osborne headed up the UK residential and international properties division for more than five years.

He has been succeeded by former head of land and development Andrew White.
Osborne headed up the UK residential and international properties division for more than five years.
Prior to this, he managed the international properties division in Asia, selling large scale residential schemes and mixed-use projects to an Asian market.
The Colliers International UK residential team comprises 34 people, focusing on project marketing and sales, land and development and build-to-rent.
Andrew White has been at Colliers for almost seven years. During this time, he has led a team of 15 land agents and advisers, advising clients on land disposal and development, primarily around London and South East England.
He has 25 years of experience in residential development and sales, and previously worked at Marsh & Parsons and founded the business SJF Land and New Homes.
