Colliers bolsters retail team with new appointments

Colliers has expanded its London retail team to 21 members, with two new appointments. Olivia Hughes and Benjamin Stedman have joined the team, providing advice to London estates and landlords in the West End, Canary Wharf, and the City. Hughes has previously worked for Colliers’ portfolio valuation & advisory services and national office agency teams, while Stedman joins from Oliver Jaques. At the same time, surveyor Alexandra Cooper-Parry has been seconded by Colliers central London retail to Related Argent to serve as an asset manager in its retail team for four months in a move which the firm says, “will offer her valuable experience in asset management and deepen her expertise before she rejoins our team in early 2025”. Related Argent is Colliers’ key client, with the retail, F&B, and data team working on the King’s Cross Estate. These appointments come after senior director Sara Simpson has returned from maternity leave. Simpson (pictured, centre, with Stedman and Hughes) is now leading key projects such as South Molton Street, the Triangle development, Howard De Walden’s Marylebone High Street, and Related Argent’s King’s Cross.
