Colliers appointed on Exchange Quay

Colliers International has joined Canning O’Neill as a new agent to market 100,000 sq ft of offices at Exchange Quay in Manchester. The 435,000 sq ft Exchange Quay site comprises seven grade-A office buildings. Existing tenants include investor and stockbroker AJ Bell, software company Sage, commercial equipment supplier JLA, recruitment agency Manpower Group and workplace solutions provider 3M. Exchange Quay investment manager Till Asset Management appointed Colliers International on behalf of Ekistics Property Advisors, which represents the owner of the estate.
