The new office is rated BREEAM Excellent and EPC A and is described by its developer as one of the Square Mile’s most sustainable schemes.
The consultancy has also taken a new Manchester office, signing for a 10-year lease at 26 Cross Street, part of the St Ann’s Square conservation area.
Chief executive James Gray said: “The new London office is a major line in the sand that underpins all of our bold ambitions while also reflecting our own expertise in workplace strategy and sustainability… We are all delighted with the move and have already replicated it for our northern hub in Manchester, which will also underpin our growth planned in the North.”
