Cluttons expands northern hub with two hires from Avison Young

Cluttons’ Manchester office has expanded its team further with the appointments of Alex Weatherilt and Stephanie Brown. The move comes as Cluttons’ northern hub was named as a key part of the company’s corporate growth strategy. Weatherilt (left) joins from Avison Young as an associate to lead lease advisory in the North West, supported by national head Chris Jakes and the London team. Brown, meanwhile, was named as office manager (right). She also comes from Avison Young, bringing experience in looking after multiple service lines, driving strategy and business development in the region, while managing a busy general practice office.
