Clockwise meets demand uptick with doubled Southampton flex offering

Flexible workspace operator Clockwise has expanded its presence within Mountbatten House in Southampton city centre. The company has more than doubled its offering, which was launched back in January 2022, by adding over 150 new desks and more than 10,000 sq ft of workspace. As part of this second-phase opening, Clockwise is set to offer its occupiers dedicated desks, single-desk and private offices, as well as communal breakout areas, club lounges, meeting and zoom rooms, and a contemplation room. Tenants will also have access to on-site artisan café Two Hands. The expansion is a response to the growing demand for a premium but flexible office space offering. Southampton has recently been through a multi-billion-pound regeneration scheme which has attracted new businesses into the city. Alexandra Livesey, chief operating officer at Clockwise, said: “The design of Clockwise Southampton has been carefully considered to include bright and airy spaces.
