A fund managed by Clearbell Capital has let 75,000 sq ft at its Davy Markham industrial site in Sheffield to concrete and cast stone manufacturer Amber Precast.
It has agreed to take a 10-year lease on the space from Clearbell Property Partners II LP.
Clearbell is refurbishing the entire 150,000 sq ft property, which is part of its Polaris industrial portfolio, acquired in August 2015. The portfolio currently comprises 10 assets.
